Chorizo Pasta

Ingredients

  • A bunch of garlic (about half a head)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chorizo
  • Arugula
  • Prawns
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Fusilli pasta - al dente
  • Water

Tools

  • A pot
  • A pan
  • Fire

Steps

  1. Take the pot
  2. Add water to pot
  3. Boil the pasta until al dente
  4. Chop all the garlic into slices
  5. Chop cherry tomatoes into halves or thirds
  6. Chop chorizo into bite-size peices
  7. Peel the prawns and de-vein them
  8. Take the pan
  9. Add oil to the pan and fire underneath it
  10. Add chorizo and fry until kind-a crispy-ish 🤷
  11. Add garlic and fry until you happy
  12. Add cherry tomatoes and fry until blistered, well, cooked mostly kinda soft, you get the idea
  13. Add them seasonings (salt, black pepper and chilli powder)
  14. Add prawns and fry until more or less cooked, use your judgement
  15. Add pasta
  16. MIX dat shi
  17. Taste and add more of them seasons, repeat until it good
  18. Turn off the fire (I sure hope you had the fire going before this)
  19. Add Arugula
  20. MIX IT
